主讲嘉宾：Dr. Yaqian Tan 谭雅倩老师
嘉宾介绍：Dr. Yaqian Tan obtained her Ph. D degree from City University of Hong Kong. She is currently an assistant professor in Social Work and Social Administration Program, Division of Humanities and Social Sciences, UIC. Her research mainly focuses on two areas: (1) cognitive mechanism and deficit of children with Chinese diction difficulties, especially the visual-auditory binding deficit; and (2) the process and outcome of psychotherapy, especially psychotherapist responsiveness and the interpersonal process between client-psychotherapist dyads. She uses both quantitative and qualitative methods in her research, including behavioral experiment, survey investigation, and grounded-theory method.
